You MUST be competent in creating user-generated content (UGC) video ads / content production for social media platforms, advertising, and websites (Facebook Ads, Tiktok, IG Reels, photography, videography) and have a strong portfolio of work to show for it.
Knowing Graphic Design, and photography is a BIG PLUS.
The role requires you to be digitally savvy, experienced in project management, and a strategic mind to understand business goals so that you can plan, develop and deliver content that would meet the brand's objectives.
You are able to leverage on data insights to strategise for lead generation, recommend social media post formats for engagement and link clicks, and develop overall creative strategies for impactful campaigns.
Most importantly, you have a good command of the English language (spoken and written). You will be expected to lead the brand's Video Content Marketing on its social media and UGC ads visuals.
- Produce film edit and publish user-generated content (UGC) for Meta ads with a focus on high engagement and relevance.
- Handle all aspects of video content creation for Meta advertisements from research and scripting to shooting and editing.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance to offer insights and suggestions for enhancement.
- Deliver weekly creative marketing reports and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Lead social media content production tasks including copywriting, storyboarding, scripting, shooting and styling.
- Conduct thorough research to deepen understanding of industry related topics.
- Develop content pillars and sub-pillars while planning the creative ads and content calendar.
- Supervise content writing style and tone guidelines for the brand's platforms.
- Conceptualize, write, direct, and create original and impactful content for content marketing purposes.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends in home appliances, electronics, and social media developments.
- Capable of producing and overseeing various content types like articles, social media posts, and videos.
- Require 1-5 years of experience in creative or content development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for writing, editing, and proofreading copy on various marketing platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms, crafting ad creative, and other brand communication channels.
- Skilled in coordinating freelancers for content development when necessary.
