Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Operations Manager to join our team at Hiredly X. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recovery operations team and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of collection specialists to recover payments on accounts that have been written off.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the entire recovery process.
  • Negotiate with customers to secure settlements on written-off accounts.
  • Contact customers to gather information about untraceable vehicles and persuade them to surrender the vehicles voluntarily.
  • Coordinate with repossessors to take proactive action in repossession and disposal of untraceable vehicles.
  • Monitor repayment of customers enrolled in existing settlement schemes and follow up to ensure timely payments.
Requirements
  • A minimum Bachelor of Degree qualification in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance, or relevant working experience.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in banking and finance.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ad hoc travelling is required as part of the role.
