About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Asia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Asia region.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team across multiple regions, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and executive leadership to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Negotiate and close major deals with key accounts and strategic customers.
  • Ensure superior customer experience through consultative solution selling.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the Industrial, Engineering, Utilities, and Water sectors.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven sales leadership experience from an engineering or manufacturing company.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work towards competitive sales targets and complete monthly reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Sound knowledge of IT systems, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
