Key Responsibilities:
  • Deep dive on customer complaints and appeal cases received from the business line, including user analysis and trend analysis.
  • Guide the team on completing chargeback cases within SLA/pre-set time, ensuring all representment documents are gathered correctly.
  • Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience, preferably in BPO/ITES industry, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles. They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a passion for creating an exceptional user experience and providing outstanding support.
