Job Description

The Sales Account Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients like Watsons. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Watsons, addressing their needs and concerns efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent stockouts and ensure client demand is met.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with merchandisers for proper stock display and regular restocking.
  • Liaise with Watsons to discuss needs, address issues, and update on promotions and product availability.
  • Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, warehouse, and customer service) to support account needs.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and inventory status.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales or account management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
