Job Profile

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at MeGroup Ltd. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including payroll processing, employee records management, and other HR-related tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Process payroll and prepare statutory reports.
  2. Manage employee data, including attendance, leave, and medical records.
  3. Prepare and distribute HR documents, such as employment contracts and termination letters.
  4. Provide HR-related reports and support to the HR department.
Essential Skills
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
