Job Summary

The Administrative and HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department at International Leadership and Entrepreneurship Cooperative. This role involves maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and handling employee queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files and records, payroll verification, and tracking of service confirmation and contract expiry.
  • Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of employment contracts.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Support end-to-end life cycle for employees from onboarding to offboarding.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of HR experience; internships are a plus.
  • Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Experience using job portals and networking to find top talent.
  • Ability to handle disputes and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Understanding and managing emotions to handle people effectively.
