As a Procurement Specialist at ITH Icoserve, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's procurement strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze the global spend from our database of over 8000 suppliers and service providers with the aim of establishing transparency and assessing the possibility of streamlining our supplier base across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current global supplier registry to identify transparency of spend and assign into rightful commodities.
  • Assess data pool of vendors in close coordination with requesting departments to understand scope, competency, and service performance of these vendors.
  • Identify gaps against compliant purchasing setup and assess common vendors between acquired company and parent company.
  • Vet new supplier applications via Jaggaer direct to ensure preference is provided to incumbent preferred vendors.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers. Your strong analytical skills, negotiation, and communication abilities will enable you to perform analyses of spend data, market research, and requirements from key stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • 2-3 years of supplier management/development experience.
