Job Description

You'll be part of our team as an Editor at PR Newswire (a Cision company) dedicated to news distribution, focusing on proofreading and gaining insight into the significance of press releases.

Develop expertise in Public Relations and Media while communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Collaborate with the regional team to stay updated on the latest news across various industries in APAC.

Responsibilities
  • Format client press releases, and proofread documents with speed and accuracy.
  • Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases.
  • Handle client requests to the highest customer service standards.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of distribution platforms and processes.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues in other functions and provide help as needed.
  • Provide regular feedback on operations activities to the Supervisor.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1 year working experience preferred; fresh graduates also considered.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin essential for this position.
  • High proficiency in written English required.
  • Flexible working hours; feel comfortable for shift rostering.
  • Self-motivated with energy and accountability.
  • Comfortable interacting with people.
