Job Role

The Business Process Analytics & Modelling Team at BASF is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for Process Analytics to support and accelerate value creation with our new product, Celonis.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Business Process Analytics systems using Celonis process mining tool.
  • Advise internal business partners on requirements in Business Process Management (Analytics) / Process Mining.
  • Support implementation of new functionalities as part of DevOps team.
  • Responsible for Extraction, Transformation, and Loading of data and creation of data models and management dashboards.
  • Plan and manage analytics projects independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Informatics, or comparable field.
  • Experience in business intelligence, responsible for data modeling, and supporting others on data analysis.
  • Technical skills: Database systems like SQL, building data models, Business Consulting/Technical Consulting, Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) of data.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured mindset.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
