About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Lead to join our Adoption Services Center (ASC) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the solution architecting of customer requirements on SAP solutions, working closely with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble complete SAP solutions based on customer requirements to support SAP services sales engagements.
  • Drive the solution architecting process, collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with regional and market unit solution centers to ensure deliverables align with customer and market unit requirements.
  • Make optimum use of ASC portfolio of services and solutions, leveraging the right delivery mix across locations.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts from different ASC Hubs and local MU consulting teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Be responsible for solutioning assigned services opportunities, meeting high-quality standards within agreed SLAs/timelines and customer expectations.
  • Participate in customer workshops to understand customer needs and scope as required.
  • Ensure compliance with solutioning process and secure required approvals as per opportunity management process and defined delegation of authority.
  • Build mutual trust and collaborate closely within the team to share knowledge and leverage complementary skills.
  • Strive to continuously improve bid quality, resulting in fewer iterations and higher win rates.
About the Team

As part of Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D), the Adoption Services Center (ASC) organization is responsible for building and delivering content and knowledge that our customers and ecosystem need to transform while moving to the cloud. Our team is focused on establishing greater accountability towards market units, orchestrating across solution area hubs to support deal execution, solutioning, and delivery for CS&D market units.
