Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mill Engineer to join our team at Sinergia Talents Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our mill machines and equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair mill machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supervise and train subordinates to perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on mill operations and maintenance activities.
  • Implement and maintain quality standards and protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve processing losses and deviations from standard operating procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mill operations and maintenance.
  • Possess 2nd Grade Steam Engineers certificate of competency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
