Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Facilitate corporate account online opening (OBCA) and ensure timely submission of documentation.
  • Respond promptly to all customer enquiries on banking products and services.
  • Handle general incoming enquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Assist in sending customer information questionnaires and preparing onboarding documents.
