Job Summary:

This Accounts Executive- Payable role is responsible for the day-to-day AP operation, including receiving, processing payments, and verifying invoices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes, with proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the receipt, processing, and verification of payment requisitions and supporting documents.
  • Ensure timely payments are made without complaints, while also ensuring the authenticity and adequacy of supporting documents.
  • Process payment request submissions, including assigning appropriate GL & tax codes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
