Leadership Coach and Trainer

About the Role:
This is a full-time on-site position for a Corporate Trainer based in Kuala Lumpur.
The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering Avidity's trademarked training programs which focus on leadership and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Deliver Training Programs:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with Avidity's methodologies and learning frameworks.
- Conduct workshops, assess training needs, facilitate executive coaching sessions, and provide feedback to participants.
- Create training materials, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Provide Coaching and Feedback:
- Provide group coaching to reinforce learning and ensure practical application of skills.
- Guide participants in integrating knowledge into their professional roles for long-term career growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and leadership development within Avidity's framework.
Coordinate Training Logistics:
- Collaborate with L&D teams to plan, schedule, and execute training programs efficiently.
- Ensure all training logistics, materials, and digital tools are well-prepared for seamless delivery.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance tracking, and certification processes.
Engage with Stakeholders:
- Serve as a key account of Avidity International, fostering high-touch relationships with clients and participants.
- Engage with clients to understand their learning needs and provide solutions.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on emerging industry trends, leadership development strategies, and innovative training techniques.
- Continuously enhance training capabilities through research, certifications, and professional development.
- Align with Avidity's vision of delivering impact-driven, high-quality training solutions that empower individuals and organizations.
