Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of major consulting projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of Analysts and Researchers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute them to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in business/strategy consulting
  • Degree and/or a business postgraduate qualification (MBA)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Experience in managing teams and projects, with a proven track record of delivering results
