Job Summary:
Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a skilled NAND Test Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying alternate test platforms, developing test programs, and enabling the test platform to improve test coverage.
Responsibilities:
Develop test programs and apply sophisticated customer use cases test sequences (including deterministic and random usage case) and improve test cost.
Develop and maintain characterization and qualification test program based on datasheet and customer specification.
Design novel test algorithms and develop test programs for validating new NAND features and commands, including NAND operation at high-speed.
Support Electrical Failure Analysis by simulating NAND sequences on NAND tester, investigate root causes of reported device issues and collaborate with NAND Design, Application Engineering, Product and System teams to drive closure of device issues.
Automate program development and work processes whenever possible.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
Course work or work experience in Python/C/C++, semiconductor physics, data analytics and statistics is required.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
