Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing engineering test programs, software tools, and hardware interfaces for initial silicon for new non-volatile semiconductor memory products.
  • Applying sophisticated customer use case test sequences (including deterministic and random usage cases) to improve test cost efficiency.
  • Designing novel test algorithms and developing test programs for validating new NAND features and commands.
  • Supporting Electrical Failure Analysis by simulating NAND sequences on NAND tester.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with careful attention to root cause.
  • Proactive towards continuous improvement and self-development.
  • Software development proficiency (e.g. C-based programming) and scripting (e.g. Perl, Python).
