This Regional Account Development Lead role is responsible for managing and growing relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas within assigned regional clients. The ideal candidate will possess advanced planning skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and a high level of business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas within assigned regional clients.
  • Build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Work with the company's global network of offices to deliver exceptional client experiences in each market.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and margin targets by connecting client needs with company offerings and solutions.
  • Develop and drive organization strategy with local client managers within assigned regional accounts.
  • Use engagement skills to establish account strategies with key stakeholders.
  • Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts.
  • Utilize the company's sales tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.
  • Awareness of international trade policies.
  • Meet or exceed quota targets through comprehensive account management.
  • Grow profitability, revenues, and client satisfaction levels for the company's regional clients' portfolio.
  • Drive client satisfaction throughout the buying process, taking ownership of commercial agreements.
  • Generate demand by identifying client needs and articulating how the company can add value through services and solutions.
  • Approach account management systematically, identifying strategies to develop and grow accounts profitably.
  • Vulnerability analysis of the company's position relative to competitors and vendors to ensure client requirements are at the heart of proposed solutions.
  • Influence financial control, governance, and compliance in regions to prevent and reduce financial costs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client issues.
