As a conveyancing and corporate lawyer, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their goals.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist the partner-in-charge with corporate commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.

Key responsibilities include assisting with corporate banking related works, such as construction financing, project financing, and financing of real property acquisition.

The candidate will also handle banking loan documentation, sub-sale, SPA, and other conveyancing matters.

They will also be responsible for retail loan documentation, project SPA, sub-sale, and other conveyancing matters.

The ideal candidate will have a valid practicing certificate, experience in relevant field preferred but not essential, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
