We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Excellence Engineer to join our Manufacturing Central Team at Micron Technology, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
About the Role- This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in Lean 6 Sigma, Factory Physics, and Theory of Constraints to achieve high-quality results and improve productivity and efficiency.
- You will work closely with the Operations Excellence/TPM team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Your responsibilities will include developing a centralized platform for operational excellence, structuring and prioritizing initiatives, crafting training programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience in Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience with relevant knowledge in the semiconductor industry, specifically in driving process improvements.
- Lean 6 Sigma Certification is an added advantage.
