About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Global Site Contract Negotiator to join our growing team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing clinical study agreements (CTAs) with sites worldwide.

Your primary focus will be on driving CTA document finalization and execution within corporate and industry standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including study teams and sponsors, to ensure seamless collaboration and successful study execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and finalize CTAs with sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective site contracting strategies.
  • Manage negotiations status, escalate issues, and provide consultation on site contract and budgetary queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong experience in a CRO/pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in clinical trial management and site contracting.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations, drug development procedures, and project management principles.
  • Excellent presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
