We are seeking a skilled Salesforce administrator and developer to join our IT team at Logicalis Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Salesforce administration and development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design and implement effective digital transformation strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Main Objectives:
  • Design and implement effective digital transformation strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce instances, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Maintain user and license management, system configuration, change control, and enhancements.
  • Evaluate and address security concerns, including user accounts, roles, profiles, permission, sharing rules, field level security, content folder rights, groups, and list view rights.
  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve overall system usability.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to diverse audiences, focusing on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
  • Support the roll-out of new features and functionalities, working closely with business owners and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual errors.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Develop training materials and deliver user training on new functionalities and platform updates.
  • Perform thorough testing to guarantee application stability and functionality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce product and 3+ years of hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud.
  • Advanced understanding of Salesforce architecture and infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
