Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Satellite Sales Professional to join our team at BAE Systems (New). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the APAC region, specifically in the RF Communications sector.

About the Role
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to deliver sustainable growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor and industry expert.
Key Responsibilities
  • Attend regular customer meetings, support exhibitions and trade shows to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Manage and motivate an assigned network of advisors to achieve sales goals.
  • Prepare and present quotes, bids, and proposals for large tenders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with experience in RF or Fibre Optic industries.
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or relevant technical subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results in a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and requests.
