Job Overview

We are looking for an international growth director to spearhead our business expansion and revenue growth strategies at a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of the contract manufacturing sector, a proven track record in sales, and prowess in forming high-level partnerships with clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute aggressive growth strategies for our contract manufacturing services.
  2. Client Relationships: Develop and nurture key customer relationships globally, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and negotiating strategic contracts.
  3. Business Initiatives: Implement new business initiatives across new and existing markets, reaching out to prospects, building relationships, and closing deals to drive growth.

Requirements: At least 15 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably with global responsibilities in contract manufacturing industries.
