Digital Marketing Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital and social media initiatives for our beauty brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing all digital activities including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media (Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Facebook), and Google Ads (YouTube, Gmail, Display).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, advertising, and public relations, with a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital and Social Media Management:
    Develop and manage microsites, landing pages, contests, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Budget and Performance Tracking:
    Use analytics to evaluate the success and identify trends of digital campaigns.
  • Collaboration and Strategy:
    Work closely with the marketing team to achieve brand objectives such as sales, brand awareness, lead generation, and store traffic.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree/Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, advertising, and public relations within the beauty/FMCG industry.
  • Good understanding of local FMCG trade environment, shoppers and consumers.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
