Purpose Statement:

This role is responsible for driving equipment maintenance, validating processes, and overseeing technical communication for products. The ideal candidate will design and optimize new product processes, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead technical guidance and training, controlling scope, schedule, and budget for small to mid-size Plexus Manufacturing Processes.
  2. Develop and implement continuous improvement activities associated with engineering discipline and/or project-level tools or processes.
  3. Provide technical leadership in project discussions, business continuity, and new proposal creation.
Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science is required; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher is preferred. Minimum Eight (8) years of related experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job responsibilities may be considered.
