Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the RBI team to ensure effective implementation of RBI programs.
  2. Methodology Development: Develop and maintain RBI methodologies, strategies, and procedures.
  3. Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments and evaluate criticality of assets using RBI tools and techniques.
  4. Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze asset data, inspection history, and process conditions.
  5. Inspection Planning: Identify, prioritize, and recommend inspection plans and intervals based on risk analysis and asset conditions.
  6. Communication: Coordinate and communicate RBI findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
  7. Program Evaluation: Monitor and review RBI program effectiveness and propose improvements as needed.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in RBI.
  9. Training and Development: Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to RBI team members.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years' experience working as an Assistant Manager/ Manager related to chemical plant and plant equipment inspection.
  3. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of RBI methodologies and risk assessment techniques.
  4. Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards.
  5. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  7. Training: Previous experience in leading a team is preferred. Training in API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector, API 580 Risk Based Inspection, and API 581 Risk Based Inspection Methodology is required.
