Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Assistant at TS Precision Technology (M) SDN. BHD in the USJ, Subang area. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality control checks, utilizing analytical and laboratory skills, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards, and effective communication regarding quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hourly checks to ensure products meet quality standards by inspecting them with a microscope.
  • Measure and record sizes of produced items to maintain accuracy.
  • Record inspection results and enter data into records to track progress.
  • Determine if finished items meet quality standards and decide whether they need to be fixed or discarded.
  • Create reports for defective products and inform the Quality Engineer/Manager about any quality issues.
  • Maintain measuring tools to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Foster a safe work environment by adhering to safety rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
  • The ideal candidate should possess good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to use a microscope daily, therefore having good eyesight is essential.

Additional Information:

This is an entry-level position that requires full-time commitment.
