Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will perform various administrative duties to support our HR and Accountant teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative duties to support HR and Accountant teams
  • Back-end administration tasks to support operations and sales & marketing teams
  • Document preparation and follow-up (quotations, invoices, etc.)
  • Document filing and retrieval
  • Inquiry management and feedback resolution

Requirements
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft applications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a related field
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 10am to 7pm
