Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team as a Sales Admin Executive. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager and the sales team, managing correspondence, and performing basic administration tasks in the Salesforce system.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager and the sales team.
  • Manage correspondence between the regional sales team and relevant departments.
  • Perform basic administration tasks in the Salesforce system.
  • Liaise with HQ Admin team on travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements for sales staff hiring.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports to monitor performance.
  • Support the establishment of cold call days.
  • Assist in coordinating events and activities for sales staff.
  • Manage business development officer (BDO) resignations and Company properties.
