About the Job Requirements

This role requires strong influencing and communication skills, as well as a strong grasp of design systems and design system governance. Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design is essential, as well as a deep understanding of service design principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality UX based on client research and user testing data. They will create high-fidelity prototypes using UI components from our component library and present these prototypes to senior leaders, clearly communicating the process and reasoning that went into the design.

This role also requires the ability to collaborate with engineers to help and guide them in translating design to code, as well as knowledge of corporate banking concepts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong influencing and communication skills – oral, written, and presentation.
  • Strong understanding of visual elements, including the application of brand standards (Layout, Type, Fonts…).
  • Knowledge of corporate banking concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers to help and guide them in translating design to code.
