The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of logistics procedures, experience in using ERP systems, and proficiency in preparing shipping documents. A Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management is preferred but not necessary. The successful Shipping Manager will collaborate closely with internal departments to optimize order flow, implement shipping policies, and resolve issues regarding shipped orders.
