About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join JPT Consulting Engineers as a Senior Water Engineer in our water works division.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting technical design, preparing design reports, and ensuring quality control in project implementation and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out hydraulic modeling and analysis for water distribution systems and pipe replacement projects.
  • Design and optimize pumping stations and pumping main systems.
  • Develop conceptual layouts for water treatment plants.
  • Conduct infrastructure planning and design for water treatment plants and property development projects.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university and registration with IEM/BEM.
  • At least 6 years' experience in consulting C&S engineering with a focus on water supply works.
  • Familiarity with water treatment processes and ability to review treatment systems proposed by contractors/suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and WaterCAD software.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
