Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TIME's group.
About the Role:- This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional support services.
- As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, including handling discrepancies, customer returns, and closing open sales orders.
- You will also be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, performing ad-hoc duties, and providing administrative support to the Admin Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling discrepancies: Record, validate, and obtain warehouse verification as needed.
- Customer returns: Record and process customer returns accurately and on time.
- Closing open sales orders: Perform monthly closure of open sales orders in SAP.
- Administrative support: Assist with daily tasks, perform ad-hoc duties, and provide support to the Admin Executive.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in sales order processing and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain proper documentation.
- Strong communication skills for notifying parties and handling incoming calls.
- Flexibility to assist with various administrative tasks and perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
- Ability to multi-task and cope with a fast-paced working environment.
