Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TIME's group.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional support services.
  • As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, including handling discrepancies, customer returns, and closing open sales orders.
  • You will also be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, performing ad-hoc duties, and providing administrative support to the Admin Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling discrepancies: Record, validate, and obtain warehouse verification as needed.
  • Customer returns: Record and process customer returns accurately and on time.
  • Closing open sales orders: Perform monthly closure of open sales orders in SAP.
  • Administrative support: Assist with daily tasks, perform ad-hoc duties, and provide support to the Admin Executive.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in sales order processing and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain proper documentation.
  • Strong communication skills for notifying parties and handling incoming calls.
  • Flexibility to assist with various administrative tasks and perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
  • Ability to multi-task and cope with a fast-paced working environment.
