Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Fluid Delivery Technician to join our team in Malaysia. This role involves providing technical expertise to ensure seamless delivery of precision fluid dispensing systems to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with sales, marketing, product development teams, and other relevant stakeholders to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support Excellence
  2. Lead in delivering exceptional technical support, promptly addressing stakeholder's inquiries, issues, and concerns related to our products and services.
  3. Provide timely and effective responses through various communication channels, including phone, email, and video calls, as well as on-site support, when necessary, to ensure minimal downtime for customers.
  4. Proactively assist customers to identify potential equipment risks and implement preventive measures to avoid unfavorable disruptions, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  1. Advanced Technical Troubleshooting
  2. Serve as a technical expert by analyzing and diagnosing technical problems, offering comprehensive assistance and problem-solving solutions to stakeholders, and guiding them through the resolution process to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to refine troubleshooting protocols, ensuring continuous quality improvement for long-term deliverables.
Requirements
  • Academic and Trades Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master's or equivalent) are often advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of hardware, software, and system integration of industrial equipment.
  • Work Experience and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or a related role within the E&E industry.
  • Strong technical proficiency and understanding of automation equipment in the E&E industry (experience in dispensing technologies is a plus), equipment operation, and application solutions.
