**QA Technician required**

Job responsibilities
- Responsible for the company-wide calibration of all equipment and the maintenance of accuracy and

precision of testing (as assigned)
- Ensure calibration of equipment is being performed (as assigned)
- Responsible to monitor ESD compliance in the production area (as assigned)
- Execute ESD Check to ensure compliance (as assigned)
- Oversee the OQA Inspectors (as assigned)
- Responsible to maintain good record documentation and filing
- Assist Quality Manager to track the 8D corrective actions for the effective implementation (as assigned)
- Prepare the inspection plan by customer as required
- Chair periodic with OQA inspectors to discuss customer concerns and findings in the production (as assigned)
- Be a team member of 8D structured problem solving as required
- Train inspectors for the development of new model (as assigned)
- Oversee the discipline and the welfare of the OQA Inspectors (as assigned)
- Execute purging for any quality issues as required
- Conduct training and certification for inspectors as needed (as assigned)
- Performs process / product audit (as assigned)
- Support VQQC implementation (as assigned)
- Perform IPC related workmanship training and certify CIS as assigned
- Any other jobs as assigned by superior

Job requirements
- Minimum education: SPM, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 Years of working experience; experience in quality field is an added advantage.
- Good critical thinking, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
