We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance activities for our precision engineering and manufacturing operations. You will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance while driving continuous improvement across all processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective quality control procedures and inspection standards.
  • Monitor production operations and guide QA inspectors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Ensure process consistency and product reliability across all manufacturing stages.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain quality reports, audit documentation, and compliance records.
  • Communicate with customers and external auditors to ensure all quality expectations are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a
    Quality Assurance Manager
    or in a related quality leadership role within manufacturing or engineering.
  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology
    , or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of
    quality assurance methodologies, standards, and best practices
    .
  • Experience with
    ISO 9001
    or similar quality management systems; certification is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret
    data and statistical reports
    .
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office
    and database management systems.
  • Strong
    leadership, communication, and organizational
    abilities.
  • Detail-oriented,
    results-driven
    , and proactive in solving quality challenges.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work effectively across departments.
