  • Support Final Product Audit (FPA) or Out of Box Audit (OBA) as required with clear understanding and ability to execute.
  • Report all abnormalities found.
  • Interprets drawings or specification documents and review with core team to determine quality standards.
  • Provides support to identify and resolve issues associated with quality inspection functional setup.
  • Conduct in process audit at the manufacturing areas and checks for a variety of features, including ESD (electro-static discharge) and handling practices, documentation, training and process integrity.
  • Maintain and track equipment calibration status and send for calibration before due.
  • Prepares graphs or charts of data or enters data into computer for analysis as needed.
  • Download quality information from quality system to be used for routine QA reports.
  • Prepare Quality Alert for quality issue.
