We are a global team of professionals dedicated to providing essential products and services to the merchant fleet. We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory & Compliance Executive to join our team and support us in ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support WSM Management Centres during certification, audits and during preparation of vessel documentation required by regulations, codes and standards.
- Support Management Centres in procurement and upkeeps of plans and certificates for compliance of OPA 90, Federal and State Specific requirements, Marpol and Panama Canal related requirements and others.
- Ensure all vessels are included in Classification Society Emergency Response Services.
- Ensure all vessels trading to USA, Canada and others are entered into necessary agreements with QI, OSRO, ERS and Media Management and state specific marine and spill response program.
- Prepare invoices for third party service providers.
- Prepare information for Corporate Finance on amounts to be charged for services provided by GHSEQ via monthly and annual billings.
- Administration / Reconciliation of annual fee payment to resources contracted as QI / OSRO / Media Management services on behalf of customers.
- Organise HSEQ and DC meetings in cooperation with Corporate HR.
- Maintain GHSEQ database of vessel, plans and compliance status.
