Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced contract manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, audit processes, and vendor management, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience.

  • Managing the contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, and renewal.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
  • Identifying potential risks in contract terms and conditions, proposing strategies to mitigate such risks.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure contracts meet business needs and comply with regulations.
Audit and Compliance Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing an annual audit plan for purchasing activities and vendor compliance.
  • Performing detailed audits of purchasing activities, vendor contracts, and compliance processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports highlighting findings, compliance status, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions resulting from audit findings and ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
