About the Role

We're seeking an experienced HR Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various departments by managing administrative functions related to recruitment, onboarding, and talent development. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate screenings and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records and data through the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and implement onboarding processes for new hires, including training sessions and orientation materials.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in Canva.
