About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Service Automation Engineer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As a key member of our IT service management team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions that optimize service delivery across IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions for IT service management (ITSM) leveraging tools like Control-M and CMDB.
  • Automate service-related processes, including scheduling, execution, and monitoring of jobs across various environments using Control-M.
  • Integrate Control-M with other IT tools and platforms to enable seamless service workflows and reduce manual intervention.

Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience in IT service automation, with at least 5 years working with CMDB and Control-M.
  • Strong experience with Control-M for automating and managing batch jobs, workflows, and job scheduling.
  • Expertise in CMDB tools, best practices, and integration with ITSM processes and other IT platforms.
  • Proficiency in automation scripting using languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
