Archer Bahari Talent Acquisition Solutions & Consulting Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Professional to lead our team in providing exceptional facilities management services. As a Senior Manager of Facilities and Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire facilities function, including building maintenance, plant equipment, HVAC, fabrication, utilities, and gas supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure service excellence and minimize the impact of service outages.
- Oversee the facilities team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage facilities management systems to ensure they are fit for purpose and utilized to achieve smooth, safe, and sustainable operation of buildings and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Monitor equipment licenses, upgrades, and vendor/contractor agreements to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead a team in a triage environment, ensuring the importance of working in an environment with life-critical systems is understood.
- Previous experience in project management within a similar large-scale, complex, open-to-public facility is essential.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or other relevant field.
- Previous experience as an Engineer within a facility maintenance team.
- CHFM Certification and previous experience in implementing, auditing, and managing healthcare-related accreditations such as ISO, JCI, MSQH, etc.
