Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Compliance Officer to lead our compliance function and ensure we maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing relationships with regulators, including central banks, financial regulators, and law enforcement agencies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements specific to fintech, including AML/KYC, sanctions, anti-bribery, and corruption.

The role involves developing and implementing effective compliance strategies, creating and overseeing policies and procedures related to business, risk management, and regulatory compliance, and providing overall management and oversight of the compliance and risk program.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with company leadership to seamlessly integrate compliance considerations into product development and business processes, supporting and conducting compliance training programs, and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.
