Job Description

  • We're looking for an experienced Finance Director to join our Consumer Healthcare Manufacturing Site based in Kuala Lumpur.

  • The role will be responsible for providing financial strategy and direction to support the achievement of HALEON's overall business objectives from a manufacturing site perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial strategy and direction to support the achievement of HALEON's overall business objectives from a manufacturing site perspective.

  • Plan, organize, and review annual budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure successful completion as per corporate expectation and timetable.

  • Manage the preparation of key financial reporting to corporate systems ensuring on-time and accurate submission.

  • Develop and review site manufactured products standard costing and agree transfer prices to ensure alignment of group's objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant background with ACCA, CIMA, AICPA, ICAEW or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience within the Finance function.

  • At least 5 years within a senior management/leadership role.
