Senior Executive, Talent Management & Organizational Development

The EDOTCO Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to lead its Talent Management and Organizational Development functions. This key role will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing learning solutions that focus on technical academies and complementary functional skills to support business transformation within the Group.

  • Promote, adapt, and deploy programs within the Group and secure learners' engagement in all talent and learning and development programs.
Job Purpose:

The primary objective of this role is to assess learning needs within EDOTCO by collaborating with Department Heads and Managers. The successful candidate will design and develop training programs, workshops, e-learning courses, and materials to address the identified needs.

  • Execute the development of the Group Learning Plan and budget in alignment to EDOTCO and NTC's business strategy and learning investments.
  • Ensure effective communication, adoption, and deployment of the Group Learning curriculum that meets and accommodates local requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. They will also track and report on training progress, attendance, and completion rates.

  • Support and ensure the correct application and tracking of HRDC levy funds, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Monitor the execution of the Group Learning plan and budget.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with external learning providers when needed to source specialized learning programs.
