Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at Upscale Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients to discuss their needs and preferences.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Product Training: Conduct training sessions to educate clients about our products and services.
- Customer Retention: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales processes.
The ideal candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification and above in IT, marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of no experience in an Inside Sales position is required.
The ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues is essential.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office is required.
