  • Create, maintain, and refine the product backlog for your engineering team.

  • Work with Business Analysts to breakdown business epics, document stories, design details, and acceptance criteria.

  • Drive backlog refinement sessions to prepare business epics and stories for technical breakdown and planning.
  • Own the delivery of the Quarterly Release Plan for your team, prioritizing feature delivery against defects and technical debt reduction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree focused on business, finance, or relevant industry experience.
  • 3+ years in a product development function as a product owner, business analyst, or in a technical capability with domain-level understanding of payments industry.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, product managers, and business analysts in a collaborative relationship.
  • Experience within the Payments industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in Agile development process, framework, and tools.
