Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of HR Policy and Procedure Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that support our business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in compensation, benefits, and policy development, with at least 10-12 years of experience in HR roles.
